会议介绍

自2019年在西安举办上一届GEM会议以来，世界发生前所未有的重大变化。其中能源转型和可持续社区及基础设施的发展成为地球物理学界的重要任务。将于2024年在深圳举行的GEM 会议致力于提供一个及时的国际平台，将地球物理学家和其他领域专业人士汇聚一堂，促进讨论地球物理学在能源转型和减缓气候变化影响方面所应演的关键角色。

地球科学家一直在采取积极措施，探索各种能源转型策略，例如：碳捕集和封存（CCS）技术、地热能、地质氢等。同时，预计太阳能和风能、电动汽车的使用增长将极大地增加对关键矿物质的需求。此外，由于气候变化，确保可靠的清洁水和电力供应对于促进区域及全球人类福祉及经济发展至关重要。

GEM 2024 Shenzhen将为行业专业人士、政府机构和学者提供一个平台，展示潜在领域和电磁地球物理的最新技术和方法进步，以及它们在应对能源转型和气候变化带来的巨大挑战方面的应用。此外，该会议还将促进对地球物理学家面临的挑战和机遇的讨论。

稿件要求

1. 会议论文要求以大摘要形式提交，用英文写作，包括论文题目、作者姓名、摘要、序言、理论与方法、结论、致谢及参考文献，长度为3-4页，摘要格式要求以SEG年会论文摘要为准（摘要模板请点击"重要文件"链接下载），摘要在线提交系统于2023年10月1日开放，截止日期为2024年1月7日，（海外作者请将稿件发送至邮箱：GEM2024@seg.org）。

2. 论文报告分口头、张贴两种形式，均需用英语写作及讲述，更多信息查阅可访问https://seg.org/calendar_events/gem-2024。 

3. 论文要求有创新、有理论、有实际效果或模拟结果，且不涉及保密的内容，拒收广告式文章。
